My name is Alba Marín Coves, I´m a visual development and background artist from Spain. I´ve studied Fine Arts and created ToonMates with my collegues; a non profit where we organize Masterclasses, Workshops and a monthly drink and draw called BeerMates.

I belive films have the power to move people and animation has always been in my life, I never stopped watching cartoons. It has been my favorite medium of expression since I was a kid and I feel inspired and grateful for all the people who worked hard on the shows and films I watched as a kid. Currently I´m developing two personal projects: one is Ranafael, about an office frog office frog and A Clover Adventure, about the little journey of a clover and it´s friends. You can see some of the progress in my Portfolio.Apart from that I also enjoy Plain air painting and sketching a lot.
